Essence signs UK Real Living Wage pledge

We’re proud to be one of 34 UK agencies to have signed the Real Living Wage pledge in a bid to help more talent start their careers in media, advertising, creative and tech are available.

The Real Living Wage pledge aims to remove barriers to entry to the advertising industry by ensuring that entry-level people are paid sufficiently to afford a living in the cities in which they work.

This is an important and one of many steps we will continue to take in order to fully support and invest in all our people.
