Jenny Bullis becomes first CEO of EMEA

We're thrilled to welcome Jenny Bullis, our first CEO for EMEA, to our global family. Jenny comes to us from Omnicom, where she led the charge as Annalect's managing director for UK and EMEA.
With her vast experience in leading marketing, media and data teams, Jenny will lead our EMEA practice with a special focus on growing our existing and new client business across the region.

Essence are at the forefront of change in media and I am delighted to be joining a highly talented team to grow the EMEA business, and help Essence with its plans for global expansion.”
Christian Juhl, our global CEO, whom Jenny will be reporting into, added: “Now is the right time to focus on the next stage of growth in the region. There is no better person than Jenny to lead that growth. Jenny has experience leading both brands and agencies, she understands what it takes for clients to be successful in the digital age and we’re excited having her lead Essence’s EMEA team.”
