Thomas Gilbey joined Essence in January 2018 on the Emerge scheme, following the completion of a Masters Degree in Business Management from the University of Liverpool.
During his first 12 months with Essence he gained experience in Planning, Activation and Ad Operations across a number of clients. Following the completion of Emerge, he joined BT Group's Data Strategy team and currently works across BT Consumer, EE Consumer and BT Business.
